She wants the purchasing account to be her primary send account, which it currently is, but as I stated above, emails get stuck in the outbox when using Outlook. If you frequently get stuck mail, which is then sent when you re-start Outlook, this could be caused by an integrated add-in. If left at purchasing, it fails, but if moved to her account it works.) Possibly read receipts, which will not be visible in the outbox. Below that selection box is a using account option, where both her account and purchasing itself is at. (All the steps are: click the from box, select global address list, select purchasing.
If we go through all of the steps to send an email from purchasing, using her account, it sends fine. If she sends from her own email, it works fine.
If we log into it from OWA, it works fine. The issue is if she tries to send from purchasing, it get's stuck in the outbox.
Each of those emails seem also not to appear in the Draft folder in OWA while still editing, although they are visible and editable in Outlook. There is no copy of the same message on Office 365 OWA in the same folder. She also had send on behalf rights, but I recently removed them after reading about how having both can have issues. Emails stuck in Outlooks Outbox are only visible in Outlook. She has send as rights for the purchasing email account. I've got a user who has two email accounts, her own, and a box that is technically a shared box for purchasing. Click it to connect (the button turns white) and click Send All.Hello, I've got an issue that I see others have had similarly before, by searching the subreddit here, and I'm looking for some assistance. Click SEND/RECEIVE and look at the Work Offline button. Click OK, and restart the Outlook, now, you can see all the stuck emails have been deleted as you need. And then a message box is popped out to remind you restart the Outlook to make this feature take effect, see screenshot: 3. Messages also get stuck in the Outbox when you click Send, but you are not connected. Go to the Outbox folder, and then click Kutools > Remove Stuck Messages, see screenshot: 2.
